A. Run the file we sent you when you signed up , this configures your email program and sets up the dial up number.

Q. Where is my free web space location?

A. After you have uploaded your web pages, you can view them by visiting your URL which takes the form of http://www.eyesurf.co.uk/~yourusername

Q. How do I upload my web pages?

A. You will need an FTP client, like CUTE FTP. Connect to server ftp.eyesurf.co.uk. You then use your normal dial up USERNAME and PASSWORD . Change directories to 'public_html' and upload your files there.
